congratulations Proliant, I put on a good bit from lots and lots of Carling followed by takeaways, I could even eat 2 it made me so hungry. So I went up to 13 stone and it took me 4 months on the "slimfast plan" (yuk) to get back to just under 10.0

It is simple really, if you burn off more than you eat then you will lose body fat, the trick is not to fall below 1000 cals per day otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat cells.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? I had my limit on my Asda GE Money card increased today, didnt even ask just noticed when i was looking at my account online. been with them 6 months so must be because of that..0
