Have just emailed Mr T's to congratulate the clothes buyer, for the 1st time in years I have been able to buy a pair of Leather Knee length boots that actually zip up. [You know made for women not emus]. Got really excited when they fit and even more when the cashier let me use some coupons towards the cost. So fair do's on this occasion it is a bouquet not brickbat. Bet they wonder what I'm up to though when they read it. :T :T0

I had trouble with CS recently over the JEM cd they took my name off my credit card and said it was policy, called manager to confirm refund etc, they made me feel really uncomfortable and have just had this reply from CS Head office.
"Thank you for your email. I fully appreciate your comments. We aim to provide the best possible service for our customers and any feedback or suggestions made are always very welcome.
I am sorry that you feel the way you do about this matter, and I can fully appreciate the reasons you give for checking all item prices. I would also like to apologise for the amount of time it took to deal with this situation, and the fact that you where made to feel ill at ease, about the whole episode. That should never have happened.
We have stringent policies in store to try and prevent over-charging our customers, and yes you have every right to make the store stick to the policy.
The relevant department dealing with such matters has been notified and I can assure you that this will be taken on board at the next review meeting. I cannot guarantee that action will be taken, however your views and comments are invaluable to us.
Thank you for your time and consideration."
Next time I have a problem I will be showing them a printed copy of this email. To the next misprice here I come !!!!I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL
