Hello all -or Hello not so many, given the rather small hour(not sure why I'm still online)
Just went to the clubcard site and this came up:
    error 403: Forbidden!

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated.

    Any one know why?
Pasting here takes away the BIG REDNESS and alarming look of graphics with which it was presented.

.........' the sometimes applied, and oft varying "bulk buy policy".

Clubcard have a whole department that looks at high balance accounts and odd transactions such as these I believe.[/QUOTE]

Interesting to know; must keep up costly misprice refunds to show consistency and hopefully gain high balance scrutiny one of these days - as inspired by bylromarha

    Hi all

I would very much like to get a discount on a suite from MFI, so I am saving my points. I have over £80 so far this year, but would like to boost them if I can. I will give the temporary card thingy a go if I can find some of the cards, but I cant seem to find the beef in gravy link, can some kind person let me know if this has finished now?

    many thanks

    Shaz

Oh, how we all wish the beef in gravy train still ran.

The offer ended on September 6.

This thread details extra points you can get on different goods

And extra points codes/money off vouchers for Tesco.com can be found here.

Good luck with the discount for your suite, however do check with MFI as to how many vouchers you can use, as I believe they are now limiting them.

It was a nice bonus but I won't claim it was the primary motive. Bylromarha inspired me [not long now btw - have a great time], and advised how to start trying to give the stuff away :)

    8 days:j :j :j

I hope the homeless shelter have managed to get through their food....we still have 10 packs of burgers left, 1 BiG...a friend at church yesterday asked if I had anymore food to give away as they could finally start to see the back of their freezer again:o

BTW: Got free National Express return travel to Heathrow for the family too. :T Complaint from the summer- was never going to travel with them again after that appaling journey, but always use them for airport trips, so thought I'd give them one last shot...at their expense.

Tesco gave me just over £120 worth of books and DVD's this weekend - how kind! All items that I have previously posted on the 'misprice ' thread that they have still not rectified. :T
I have no idea what our running total of overcharge items is now...might search through my receipts and tot it all up if i get 10 minutes later on...anyone else know what their running total for overcharged goods is???

Yeah (see sig!), but I've only been pro-actively looking for mis-prices in the last month.
Have saved £132.27 - based on SEL/sticker price, or £177.30 based on SCAN price.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Woo hoo just had my first mis price and thanks tesco !!

Offer of buy 2 x Terrys Chocolate Oranges (various flavours) £1.98 each or 2 for £3.00. Got charged full price for both, visited CS and voila 2 x free Chocolate oranges!! :D

Take note they are also doing an offer 4 for £5.00 not sure if it affects this quantity, didnt try it.

Thanks MSE for your invaluable tips

Now that could SERIOUSLY damage my diet...I darent even try in case it works!!!!
  • Does anybody know what the score is with the scanners when it says "please ask a member of staff" I've found cd's/dvd's with a price mismatch, but when I use the selfscan machine it always gives this message, I've not got the bottle to take it through the tills and then say I don't want it if it comes out at the lower price. Any info would be great
