I heard he had been offered deals but there wasnt enough in it for him!!

Shell did send out there own loyalty card after he contacted them though as have others - looks like he may have missed the boat???

The energy deal was 40% more than I am currently paying!

A lot of companies are now going for the opt-in based on "opt-in without protest" (I've forgotten the exact phrase).

So basically, they can ask you over and over if you want to opt out, if you forget/miss/dont receive just once... opps, someone else has your details.

It's best to cancel it, and wait to see if anything happens and sign up again...


Everyone should consider signing up for a spam webmail account, using disposable emails, or catch-all domain email.

I had totally forgotten about this attempt to get a Loyalty Card for Petrol Discount. I guess it will not now get off the ground. I have unsubscribed and maybe the spam will reduce.
