banana crumble is nice. just make it like apple crumble but sprinkle some grated chocolate on top of the bananas before the crumble goes on. bake for 30 or so mins till golden. serve with cream, ice cream or custard. lovely.

    Banana milkshake

A woman with a large family would rummage thro the overripe veg reduced section where I worked and said her kids loved banana milkshake with those bananas.

Simply whizz with milk in the blender

Also, I put toffees crumbled or chopped up on top with chopped hazelnuts or almonds on top.

Sounds like the beginnings of a banoffee pie :)

mmmmmmmm that sounds nice, I've got a bucket of chocolate fudge stuff in the fridge - (a freebie from a friend whose son works in a factory making pie fillings etc!) so I'll give it a go!
