Good morning Chums ,
The weather is looking decidely dodgy at the moment ,Its not cold, but looking very overcast, and my joints tell me there is rain on the way .Who needs a weather forcast, my right leg is infalible.:)
I had a great day yesterday, and our meal at the Notcutts shopping outlet was very good value at around £6.00 each .It was one of those pubs where you get two for one, so six of us had a meal, and only had to pay for three.Including tip it came to £36.00 for the lots of us Very OS and cheap.
Katy has finished her first week of her work experience, and has thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to go back next week.
This afternoon I have to take my youngest DGS to a birthday party then after I drop him off home I am going to see my sis-in-law in Faversham. We are going out for a meal tonight at her local hostelry so thats two days in a row I shall be eating out.
Tonight is a freebie as she said she would treat me as it would have been my late husband's 75th birthday today. This morning my eldest DD is coming for a cuppa and a sandwich as I haven't seen her for a few days .So it will be a busy day today .I will try to see how Pompey is progressing at some point this afternoon.I shall cheer for them as my husband was a Hampshire lad ( a corkhead from the Isle of Wight actually ) he used to say that if the Saints (Southampton) were at home then he went there to watch the footy, and when they were away he went to Pompey.
So play Up Pompey .:)

I hope everyone has a great week end and get to do all the things they plan .
<<Hugs to those in need >>and a big
to the rest of you, take care.

Miss tru was mugged yesterday, she came out of a shop with her purse in her hand and a bloke ran past and grabbed it. She went straight to the police station but they weren't interested because she wasn't hurt and the purse only had a bit of change in it (less than 20p). She was a bit shaken up, her boss told her she could go home but she decided to stay for an hour to see how she felt. She stayed for the rest of her shift in the end, most of the women there are my age or older and they mother her a bit
so she was OK.
Master tru has filled and overflowed the washing basket so guess what I'm doing today  He's just gone out to put some decking down for his mate so he'll be gone most of the day. Mr tru is at work, miss tru has work at 12.30pm so I've got the afternoon to myself.
I've had a letter from Eon, they're putting my DD up by £9 per month  Where can I claw that £9 back from? tru wanders off to do inventory of house to see where she can save more £££££sBulletproof0 -

Good Morning
Congratulations to Pippad on the birth of her son.
Up early as the school next to us is still be renovated. Its bad enough in the week that they start making at noise at 7.30 but at the weekend grrr. I know it can't be helped.
So am grumpy this morning. Need to get two new tyres for my car - not bad it passed the MOT so not to much of a cost to me. I seem to be spending bits of money all over the place lately!!!

Was going to wish Penny-Pincher!! luck, but she's not going to read this now anyway, so will send her a text instead.
stefejb - hmmm, that does sound a wee bit suspicious! Hope it turns out... errr... whichever way DD is hoping it will
smoky
tru - ((((hugs)))) to DD.
Right, am off work till a week on Tuesday and getting down to the serious business of doing exactly what I want
hence am still in bed at the moment
However I am going to get up soon and go to the gym for a Saturday-morning swim.
Got to do some cooking later - I took some sausages out of the freezer last night that have been in there for AGES (not even going to admit to the date on them!) so will open them later and give them a sniff and assuming they're OK they will be made into a sausage casserole.
Also need to finish writing a review, and am off out to a concert this evening which I'm also reviewing (hence free tickets :j)
Love Rzl xx
