Oh I see, I thought he'd come to collect all his belongings. Good luck!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

I don't legally have much choice, as long as he has stuff on the premisesThe best I could do would be to move everything (and now I've seen the room I don't fancy that much!!!) to an alternative secure location and make it available for him to collect.
There's easily a week's worth of packing to be done. Not appropriate after midnight.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Hi Badger, first of all well done for getting this far, it must be really difficult dealing with all this crap whilst you are living away.
I don't think there is any chance of him cleaning his room up when he comes back. If I were you, I would get started tomorrow, bag all his stuff up and have it ready for him when he comes back. I would not let him back in the house.
Good luck and good night.0
