Yes, I had wondered that myself which was why I suggested it. You DO NOT want to find yourself with two jobless lodgers rather than one. They will then be harder to shift than a case of the boils.0 -
One of them has just finished their shower, and the other one has finished their fag (in the bedroom - stinks like a betting shop up there).
BigGunsLodger has just received the following Facebook message:Hey BigGuns - let me know when you're free (I'm working at the moment and I guess you're off to work shortly).
Think we could do with a chat...

Sounds like he's angling for an eviction. It might be hard for him to find somewhere else right before Christmas. I hope the prospect of this finds him suitably chastened.0

Just seen the new stuff. It seems like the thread is going to be "exciting" again for a while, but I hope it's not too difficult for you BL. I agree with those who say he's taking the !!!!. He knows the rules and has broken them knowingly. Get rid as giving ground and/or second chances on stuff like this will only lead to further bad atmosphere and eventually, possible worse rule breaking.
Hope you have a good weekend.0 -
It's continued:BigGunsLodger wrote:Hey, I have my xmas works party 2ngt so gunna be getting ready today.. What's it in regards to? XBadger_Lady wrote:Make sure you keep the music down this afternoon then - I've got a teleconference with new clients from New York in an hour's time. One of those things when working from home!
Have a good party tonight... I'm planting trees in the local park tomorrow so I'll grab you after that..?

Yea ok depends what time xBadger_Lady wrote:I can hear it at the moment but people on the phone can't, so that's fine. The problem is when you open your bedroom door it suddenly gets really loud!BigGunsLodger wrote:Ok I'll make sure the door is kept closed.. All you gotta do is let me no.. Im unaware otherwise, I have the music on a normal level.. I've just been up to the toilet (which is next to his room). They're smoking up there again; virtually great plumes of it bellowing out from under his door!
