hello i came back from pontins camber sands on friday and they didnt once ask for any id or even confirmation all they asked for was the paper work and then just gave me the keys. as we turned up in the car i had also my mother and father in law in the car with me but had 1 bit of paper work for me my husband and child and a confirmation number for my mother in law as she had lost her confimation letter, i had phoned a head and asked if this will be ok as she couldnt find the letter and they said sure no problems as long as you have the booking number and know the name and address of the person booking it then its fine. also they dont do a head count or ask to see the other people of my group as i was the only person to que up as the que was huge. so dont worry about the changing of names

I've just come back from Hemsby, I booked on the friday and went on the monday, so I had no paperwork to take with me. I just told reception my paperwork hadn't come through and she just gave me a form to fill in with the party details, no ID was needed, even without paperwork, so I doubt you would have any problems. I suspect they are just scare tactics.

hi all just wondering if anyone has been to southport as i have heard its very dirty chalets and nothing much to do not sure if thats right or not. we missed out on free hols this year was too late so had to pay for ours on the 21st of july,
i was at hemsby last year there was 15 of us in total and we all enjoyed it and there is plenty to do outside at great yarmouth
