I had to call to chase up confirmation, it had been booked (and payed, because i had upgrade) BUT they forgot to print off the details?!?!?! x
Its worth calling if you are waiting confirmation as they might have same issue with yours xxxxx

I only had mine on Friday, i phoned them on the Wednesday before and they said there was a big backlog (probs all the MSE'rs lol and to allow upto 10 - 14 days

Does anyone know if they check the name, do you have to give id?

Someone very kindly gave me their holiday for this weekend on here, but when I called them to change name etc they said holidays are non transferrable and the details cannot be changed.
