Someone very kindly gave me their holiday for this weekend on here, but when I called them to change name etc they said holidays are non transferrable and the details cannot be changed.

They didnt last year when i went, although some managed to change names last year so it may be different this year. Sorry i'm not much help really am i?:o

My sister gave her holiday away for 2 June.

Tried to do name change but wasn't allowed so they went under her name.

Could be risky but they have no bank details and the couple that went were really nice but could be a problem if they left a mess. Not likely in this case but you never know.

They have been in touch with her since and they weren't asked for proof of ID.

Please does anyone have a spare pontins holiday for 23rd-27th JUNE??

Anywhere would be great but southport or prestatyn would be easiest for us.

We had one of these booked but hadnt had a confirmation, i called today with my reference number and they are saying we have no booking made??

We are completely gutted as it was planned for my birthday and with a new baby due in July we have no chance of a holiday this year now.

If anyone has a spare holiday that they cant take we would be very very grateful!!

Took about a week for mine to come through, you should have heard by next week at the latest. If not give them a call!

my friend has 4 children, i dread to think how they will squeeze into a one bedroom flat :eek:

edit - her holiday was cancelled actually. she told them she had 4 children and they said it was £40 extra because you can only get 4 people into a 1-bed (i assume the £40 was for a budget 2-bed?). they said they would send an invoice for the £40 but they didn't, and when she called to check they said they had cancelled her booking!

Hi all. Just thought i would let you all know that i am on my free PONTINS holiday. We arrived on monday with no paper work & just the booking no. We paid the
£40 upgrade. We arrived at brean sands at about 1.30. Good security getting in. Were told to park & that we could book in at 4. We walked around a bit & then saw recep was empty so tried our luck. Said my baby was needing a bath after being in car for hours & they let us book in at 2.15. . Our cabin is clean and has all the basic needs met. Cont
