My 'deal' (if you can call it a deal !) is through Haine & Smith, it's £30 a month, & I get a pair of lenses every 3 months. They are toric. I think it is because my prescription is so high maybe? This also includes checkups & solutions (I should think so too!) I used to have the same deal through Specsavers also. But I will be looking at the what you all have recommended, to see if I can cut the cost a little.

I pay far less than you all!
I have been wearing contact lenses for only a year having worn glasses for most of my life( I am longsighted) I did a trial at my local opticians but found the cost of dailies eye wateringly expensive(Sorry!)
I use a firm called https://www.daysoft.co uk
They offer either a monthly pack which is £13.98 or three months which is £ 38.98. They recently did a special three months for two offer. Each pack comes complete with an extra 4 days so that if you dont like them you can return the sealed pack back and be refunded. Excellent customer service - I am so happy with them. Try it and see.
I have worked it out at 49p a day!
P.S. They dont do toric lenses0 -
I have toric lenses from Dollond and Aitchison - £26.95 for a new pair of lenses each month, solutions included and checkups are included too. I also got money off (I think it was 50% off) my last set of glasses with them as I was a contact lens customer.0

I pay £13.00 a month with Specsavers, this includes 3 sets of lenses (I wear the monthly ones) solution and aftercare and I think this is more than reasonable. Its nice to be important but more important to be nice!0

Do you get checkups included? Do you get them on request, or regularly?
I wear dailies - I use D&A (contact lenses by post) and get checkups included, but they send me more than I can wear... I think they send me 30 pairs every month, (I thought it was less frequent, but I have boxes dated November and December) and I pay £11 per month.
I'd like it if I could order as and when I needed them... right now I have 3 unopened boxes....My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I go to Asda opticians and find them excellent. Normally get high oxygen monthly lenses including solution, although you have to buy 6 months supply it works out at £10 per month inclusive of everything. I do get free eye tests as well as being poor living in scotland we dont pay.
Went today to get more lenses and the machine which dispenses my usual lenses has broken so i got two months supply of focus dailys for £20, well chuffed as i could never afford these normally0 -
Hi, I use Acuvue Oasys monthly wear and TBH I keep them in for 6-9 weeks rather than 30 days.
I'm sure an optician wouldn;t advise it, but I've been doing it for more than 5 years and I'm okay. I take them out now and again and give my eyes a rest and let them have a wash overnight.
Otherwise I think its around £30 a month for my lenses and I just can't afford it or justify it, if I use a pair for double the time, the lenses become half price! I'm not saying everyone should go and do it, but for anyone who is seriously hard up and can't live without their lenses it might be a considersation0 -
I use daily disposable lenses. They cost £22 per month on Direct Debit. Included in this is free aftercare, contact lense check and half price on designer glasses.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
Via D&A so specs are half price. Was paying £11 a month 40 pairs every 3 months but I wasn't wearing them! I changed to coloured that I love but only 10 pairs and that's £25 a month!!
All daily throw aways!
