I don't see that it is promoting theft or breaking laws. Nowhere does it say "get a TV and don't get a licence"
It just says don't cooperate with them and I agree with that.
What is annoying is that they haven't updated the website...what was the outcome of Jean Jaques Marmonts case in the European court? I have looked through the records of the European courts for Jean J Marmont and I haven't found anything.0 -
There is also a lot of useful information on that website for law abiding citizens who might be persuaded by others to buy a TV licence when they don't actually need one. It also highlights other grey areas where you might or might not need a licence (eg. watching BBC TV over the internet).0
