Definitely not, I do not believe in censorship and after all that is what discussion is all about .. trying to see both sides of the argument. I however can not agree to what is being presented on the site.

My only point is that it is promoting the breaking of a law and irrespective of whether we feel the law is right or wrong then while it is in place we must adhere to it ... otherwise what other laws should we consider as being optional.

I don't see that it is promoting theft or breaking laws. Nowhere does it say "get a TV and don't get a licence"

It just says don't cooperate with them and I agree with that.

What is annoying is that they haven't updated the website...what was the outcome of Jean Jaques Marmonts case in the European court? I have looked through the records of the European courts for Jean J Marmont and I haven't found anything.

There is also a lot of useful information on that website for law abiding citizens who might be persuaded by others to buy a TV licence when they don't actually need one. It also highlights other grey areas where you might or might not need a licence (eg. watching BBC TV over the internet).
