    good morning everyone.
this morning I have a scale and polish at the dentist to look forward to :( might have a wander round the shops afterwards. not to buy ..just to wander ;)
last night we had chicken curry using the Pataks paste that was on special offer at Asda and it was very nice.

Dentist is going to love you!!!!!!!!!! :D
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

    Morning guys,
    day off today woohoo :j
It seems cloudy here today so i hope it brightens up a bit later on, it`s been glorious whilst i`ve been at the bad place.
Todays plans are many - house w**k, gardening, washing, ironing (only a bit) houndlet walking, i also have to go to my sisters to sort her hounds out as she will be out for a few hours today.
Hopefully the cooking and baking will get done later if i have the energy and i also need to go to the shops

    ((((HUGS)))) for penpin and Arkonitebabe

Pink.1970 - (((HUGS))) for your BIL and family too, we haven`t recovered from a NF "incident" a while ago and it can be a real struggle.
I don`t think that the company cares one jot about the people who work there. Horrible people!!

Right off to catchup then off out to start the jobs.
    Have a good day all.

    well yesterday was fun

Diesel our queen cat was swooning to the many undesirable suters that gathered around the house....( we always let our cats have one litter then send her to the vet)...

chased 6 cats out of the house last night ( we only have 2!!!)...

so on to this morning early start for me 5:30...was out watering veg and flowers..

now after school run ( well more of a slow amble)...shall carry on with house work while gazing longingly outside at the garden bathed in sunshine as it beckons me with untruthfull promises of relaxing while kiddies 3+4 play in the dappled shade under the apple tree...

then this afternoon of to mums and tots ( which I am trying to get them to change to mums +dad & tots)

then of to the return school amble and remove the visiting cats from the hamsters cage again...

    Morning :hello:

Am in the office and have had a not very healthy day so far - got the bus door to door (I only do this if I can see one coming when I leave the flat, which I could), had a takeaway bacon sarnie for breakfast, and since then have eaten a Krispy Kreme as one of my colleagues has brought in two big boxes of them for his birthday :D

And I wonder why I'm not losing weight :rotfl: - well, no I don't, actually :D

I am having a bit of a slow week at work, getting loads of low priority admin tasks done as I am on leave next week (:j :j :j) and when I get back everything's going to be a bit flat out for the next month or so, so I'm ploughing through the boring stuff while I have the opportunity to do so.

PippaD - fingers (but not legs :D) crossed that the baby puts in an appearance today :j :j It made me giggle earlier in today's thread when Churchmouse wished you a "speedy delivery" - that'll be AFTER the several days you've already been in slow labour then :D Anyway, in all seriousness - good luck!
PenPin - ((hugs)) xx and to arkonite_babe too.

Not much OSing here today. I am out again this evening, at a concert. Lunch should be soup - out of a packet, shock horror - a New Covent Garden one I picked up cheap several months ago which has been in the freezer ever since. However, it is still a frozen lump, and I forgot to bring my soup bowl from home (none of the ones in the office cupboards are big enough) so I might save it until tomorrow, and treat myself to a takeaway lunch at my favourite local place instead. They do this amazing belly pork dish on Wednesdays, and they have a loyalty card scheme - I'm sure I'm only two lunches off getting a free one.

pink.1970 - about doing links in messages. I remember elona saying she can't do them either, so will PM you both later and give you a little tutorial :)

Must get back to work now.

    Rzl xx

    Good morning everyone,

Bit cloudy and windy here today, and for some reason my left leg has started hurting, mostly around the calf muscle but im getting pain all over - so we drove to school!! Im hoping it will feel a bit better later so i can walk, and i also want to let the LO outside, but if i cant move we might have to stay in!

Not much planned here today, BM is on and WM is on its second load (have pegged out the first lot). Im making chicken wings in a spare rib sauce for DS and i tonight (Miss Picky Knickers is having left over tomato and choitzo sauce with pasta) so will get that done when LO has his sleep.
We do need to go to the football club after dinner tonight, DSs coach has asked parents to meet him there to sign up for next year - again, i was hoping to walk but will see how the leg is.

Pippa - GOOD LUCK, so looking forward to hearing we have a new OS member, take care xxx
