  • I have done this a few times and cancelled after 3 months no problem. Still got quidco money and also the free gift which went on ebay!

Just got back from the park with a bag of deer poo for my compost heap (great activator!) and skip scavenged a great container with lid and a bit of chicken wire...sorted!

There is a thread (above) on driving in a fuel efficient manner:money:
Yes I did have a brief read but there seemed to be a fair amount of conflicting advice on it.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • Hi All

I quidco'd membership of Betfair and Coral last night (total cashback £55) and had a little flutter on the footy as I knew the cashback would more than cover it - bet £5 on a draw and won!

Did our shopping on budget (£50) including catering for 7 tomorrow for fathers' day

Lunch with Mum from leftover split pea soup from yesterday

Checking all accounts and online bills

OP an extra £60 on mortgage from room rental. Will hit max £500 this month!

On the note of efficient driving, DH is doing IAM at the moment and his instructor says you should be in 3rd at 30, 4th at 40 but that would definitely make my fuel efficiency worse and the car would complain (it's a diesel so much more comfortable in higher gears/lower speeds than a petrol)

I joined dooyoo, and wrote 3 reviews, really enjoyed it. The 3 products were all things I have used for a long time and really felt were very good value so that felt good. Will do my daily clicks now infront of the TV.

Getting a bit down about the whole being disabled thing so it helped to review my camera from the point fo view of someone who walks with a cane and drops things. Atleast it might be helpful to someone else with similar problems
