BA's WT hand out kids coloring, entertainment packs as a standard on the Vancouver route, which may be why they didn't hand out extra.

I would expect compensation if part of the service I paid fr was not provided.

ThemightyJack, Why bump old threads to boost your own? Did it not hold enough merit on it's own? You had issue with one member of flight crew, the OP has issue with the amount of compensation offered, despite getting good advice from his flight crew to put in a claim. Neither issue is similar and this issue does not reinforce your own.??
