Bit of a late start today as I had a lie in. Didnt sleep too well as Im worried bout my friend. Her ex husband tried to burn her house down he put a lit rag through the letter box. Luckily she heard it and got up. This was a couple of days ago. The police found his car yesterday but not him. This has been going on since they split. The police release him on bail and he comes back and does stuff. But this time I think he will be locked up for a good while.

Thats terrible! Why are people so horrible to each other? I hope your friend is ok and her crazy ex gets locked away:eek:

Well I've not managed to get loads done during the HHC but I have cleared my desk and started sorting out paperwork(only started) then got sidetracked and rang tesco to cancel my car insurance cos I could get it cheaper with Lloyds and get £60 cashback trhough quidco well suprisingly they matched it!!! Was very suprised, ended up being over £200 cheaper than my renewal quote from £479 to £245!! Makes you realise you can get things cheaper if you try! Very happy now!

    Hi all
What a morning. I got up to find the dw hadn't washed. Tried it again, it whirred a bit then stopped. So I unloaded it and washed up by hand. Managed to pull it out, checked water, waste pipes. Decided I would ring for service -it isn't even a year old. Picked up the phone and thought I'll just try it again and guess what. Yep it flaming worked.
So after that I've managed to vacuum and dust upstairs, make beds, clean bathrooms and the washing.
Just going to have some lunch and then sort out the kids memory boxes - I have a pile of stuff that needs to be put in the right places.
    See you later.
