Bit of a late start today as I had a lie in. Didnt sleep too well as Im worried bout my friend. Her ex husband tried to burn her house down he put a lit rag through the letter box. Luckily she heard it and got up. This was a couple of days ago. The police found his car yesterday but not him. This has been going on since they split. The police release him on bail and he comes back and does stuff. But this time I think he will be locked up for a good while.
Thats terrible! Why are people so horrible to each other? I hope your friend is ok and her crazy ex gets locked away:eek:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Well I've not managed to get loads done during the HHC but I have cleared my desk and started sorting out paperwork(only started) then got sidetracked and rang tesco to cancel my car insurance cos I could get it cheaper with Lloyds and get £60 cashback trhough quidco well suprisingly they matched it!!! Was very suprised, ended up being over £200 cheaper than my renewal quote from £479 to £245!! Makes you realise you can get things cheaper if you try! Very happy now!DFW no.630!

Lunch time
(Cold left over pasta from Monday, with mayo, cheese and a little pickle and a nice mug of tea - will have some fruit as well to get some more of my 5 a day in). I love living in a fairly decluttered house, it makes the housework so much easier
Oh, and I want to say a huge THANK YOUto whoever it was a couple of weeks back who suggested those supplements for PMT - I'm on what would usually be the 3rd day of being HELL to live with and I'm not a bit grumpy or anything :j:j I've had PMT since I started puberty so this is a wonderful feelingGood job too... ex is coming here tonight to discuss visitation things! Most ironically, its 9 years ago to the date (and almost time as I post this, how sad is that
) since he first told me he "loved me" and asked me to go out with him :rotfl::rotfl:

Hi all
What a morning. I got up to find the dw hadn't washed. Tried it again, it whirred a bit then stopped. So I unloaded it and washed up by hand. Managed to pull it out, checked water, waste pipes. Decided I would ring for service -it isn't even a year old. Picked up the phone and thought I'll just try it again and guess what. Yep it flaming worked.
So after that I've managed to vacuum and dust upstairs, make beds, clean bathrooms and the washing.
Just going to have some lunch and then sort out the kids memory boxes - I have a pile of stuff that needs to be put in the right places.
See you later.0
