How can I check my broadband speed?

My speed readings came in as

Speed Down1561.37 Kbps ( 1.5 Mbps )Speed Up240.98 Kbps ( 0.2 Mbps )

so could someone please tell me am i on 2mb or 4mb broadband

What did you sign up for?

ADSL Broadband is supplied on the following: 512k, 1Mb, 2Mb, 8Mb, 16Mb, 24Mb

It was 1meg, then i received a letter saying it was going up to 2meg

but i've never noticed any difference.
