    Good morning all,

I've had a lovely week's holiday, it was really nice to spend some time with my Aunty and then my parents. And the bonus was that I'd inadvertently picked the best week of the year so far weather-wise!

Need to get the WM on now, did the shopping yesterday so I've got more time this morning for a change. Think we're going to have gammon for tea (it's actually a bacon joint but I don't know what the difference is other than the price).

Hope you all have a lovely day. ((((Hugs)))) to you all.

    Morning :hello:

Essex Girl. I'm sorry things are bad. Have a kiss  for you and a friendly pat on the shoulder for Essex boy. :D
Nice to see you back tired mum. Next time you need a slap on the face just ask Aussie. She doesn't usually need to be asked twice. ;)
Catznine...Sorry work is giving you problems.
    Good luck Pippad.
    Sorry you're snuffly Shez. :p
    Enjoy your girlie shopping PenPen.
    Hello Oddjob :hello:

If I've left anyone out please don't be offended. ;)

We're off to MIL's today as BIL and SIL are back from Oz with my nephew I have never met. :j (He's 2) So hopefully he will make the experience more pleasant than usual. :D
Need to water the garden in a minute and start the dough for a herb loaf to take with me. One small basket of ironing, quick tidy up and then we're off.

    See you tommorrow.

    Morning everyone

Lots happening to lots of people today and lots who are feeling poorly, in hospital, struggling, etc. So HUGE hug_smiley_sm.gif (thanks tru :p ) to everyone who needs one for whatever reason.

    mumzyoftwo will pm you.
catznine as others have said, no job is worth your health. ((hugs))
betheebee we've had all sorts of starts to the OS daily, wrong day, wrong date, wrong year, don't worry about it. We can usually work it out. :D
tru love the personality descriptions of your mini-piggies! They seem like real little characters.
squiggly diddly can't get it out of my head now. "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming, what do we do, we swim, swim swim, LALALALALA!" That's it! It's in my head for the day now! only joshing.
jet hope the move goes swimmingly. :o
tired mum I think most of us fall of the OS wagon at times. Don't fret about it. You are missed when you don't post.
chalky congratulations on your DS's impending nuptials.

Looks like it may clear up to be a sunny day today. DS can't decide if he wants to go out with his friends today or not and until he makes a decision, I can't! Will have a wee chat with him very shortly.

Defrosting a yellow-stickered organic chicken that was reduced from £10.87 to £2.50! :j So that will do for dinner tomorrow and of course it will be rubberised. Will dig something out of the freezer for dinner tonight or if we end up going somewhere for the day we may have a little takeaway treat on the way home.

Off to chat to DS. Have a super Saturday. xx

    Morning all

It's glorious here again although it rained last night as we were eating dinner.

Have just skimmed the thread so HUGS to all who want one, gather there are lots of poorly relatives around. Hope things improve soon.

SQUIGGLY good luck with your studying, must do some of that myself this weekend. Good luck to anyone else doing the same.

MUMZYOF2 have you thought about setting up an account in your children's name? I have an account with the Smart account with the Nationwide that I save for things like Xmas and DS birthday. Sometimes I've had to dip into it for the car. I pay a standing order into it and it meant that even when I was really skint, DS had a decent birthday and we always had the Xmas we wanted.

Feeling very virtuous today. Have been awake since 7 when the cats decided to have a punch up on the bed. Have pottered around the garden and cleaned up the kitchen. Also went on my twist and step machine for 20 minutes. Off to do some housework. Might go to the beach in a bit or take DS swimming, not sure yet. Such hard choices! OH is at work until 3 so it's nice and quiet.

Off to hang out the sheets. Have a good day all.

I don't know about you but the page is really fat. What did you do Beth? :D Well the photo shoot went well. XDIL doesn't get them back until a fortnight so we'll have to wait until then. I looked gorgeous btw. :p DD arrived just after lunch and she's bought over a dvd to watch so that's tonight all taken care of. After arv tea DH & I took DGS to the spit again for a walk with Benny.

Haribo Enjoy your day. MIL's are really very nice people. ;)
Tired Mum Thank God your back. I thought for a minute you didn't like me showing everyone your holiday snaps. :D
CM Good luck with the [STRIKE]weed[/STRIKE] plant sale. I didn't know you were such a keen gardener.

REDRUBY - my first was seven days late and weighed exactly the same as your DD, 8lbs 8ozs. He arrived on my birthday so I didn't mind waiting! DS2 was almost a month early and weighed 6lbs 6ozs - he was due just after Christmas but came when I still had all the wrapping up and half the Christmas shopping to do and has been just as unpredictable ever since!

TAPLADY - hope you get a better night's sleep tonight.

Well, I'm still baking and cooking and peeling - have had two phone calls from DH, one from my DIL and one from a friend - think I'll take the phone off the hook for a while; my kitchen looks like Daisy and Onslow's now because, every time I go to clear up, the phone rings! Can't wait for a snooze this afternoon!

    Morning :hello: :j

((((Hugs)))) to all who are not well or who have poorly OHs or LOs. There seem to be a lot of you about this morning. Also ((((hugs)))) to catznine and others having a bad time at work. How is Mr Catz  these days?

PippaD - hope it happens soon! Sending easy labour vibes your way :D

mumzyof2  good to see you back! As regards your savings, I haven't seen the thread you mention on the other board, but can well believe it! Isn't it just great how certain people on the forums are soooooo perfect they always take the moral high ground, huh  I absolutely agree that benefits are intended for just covering essential living expenses, but a certain amount of savings is part of your essential expenses... otherwise what the hell are you meant to do when "something comes up" (broken freezer, broken washing machine etc) The benefits system recognises this fact by allowing you to have a certain amount of savings before your entitlement gets affected. Sorry, I'm rambling now :D No suggestions personally as to how to do it, but am sure there are plenty of OSers who can help...

mioliere - if you find a way to conjure up that fantasy, can you let me know so I can join you please :D

catowen - not ignoring you, honest  I just hardly ever have time to mention people by name when I post on weekdays. Congrats on the extra work!

Right, well this is the first Saturday in 3 weeks that I've been up before noon :o so best make the most of it! I need to take the recycling out and go to the supermarket, I've made a list because it's only a few odds and ends that I need to complete certain recipes. Then I have to do some cooking for the freezer and for tomorrow's choir tea.

Off to a friend's clarinet concert this evening :)

    Love Rzl xx

    MORE PICS :D

In the first three, they're 20 mins old. The rest were taken today - a day and a half old. Pic 109 are my other two girls, Molly and Lily.

Bubble (rabbit) won't sit still long enough for me to take a pic, and Beans is refusing to come out of his house :D
