Im just wondering if any of you loverly people would help me with this question

I want to save and im on benifits, but how do i do it? even if its only a little amount each week for example £10, i still want to save and have something to aim for. I would put it in my e savers account to start with then when i have lots of savings i would transfer it to another account with high intrest.
I would ask the savings thread..BUT i saw a post about a lady/man in same situation as me and they went on about well if your on befits that money should only be used for living off etc and not saving. Pm me if anyone has any help so we dont go off topic

    Lovely sunny morning.
Did 2 loads of washing last night - single bedding and also curtains. I'm going to put the navy curtains from the back bedroom into ours so OH stops moaning about it being too light (we have cream curtains). So....washing on the line, neighbours up and about, one hoovering out car, others pottering about doing jobs. It feels like a lovely weekend where people are catching up on tasks but managing to get outside as well.
Going to sweep around the outside of the front and back doors this morning to allow clear flow of good energysmile.gif
    Have a lovely day all

Hope you are all well. I have not been on here for a while as I didnt feel as though i was in the right place as my life is not very OS but i enjoyed the company if you see what i mean.I also needed to sort out myself as i felt i was going nowhere and needed to pull my socks up and enjoy what i have.

Beautiful day here again, have got a load of whites in the wm, and will then put OH work clothes in, they should all dry nicely today. DD has a friend sleeping over, and they want to go into town today, so I might take them and have a wander around, although I might ask DD's dad to do the honours, and go out walking :D .

Hi there - just sitting down with a coffee before starting the baking.

Essex- Girl and Catznine - (((hugs))) to your DHs

JET - good luck with the move - hope it all goes smoothly!

TIRED MUM - good to see you posting; we all have times when we don't feel very OS so don't worry about it!

Well, I don't feel very organised this morning mainly because DH said he was going out to finish a job and he would be leaving at around 8am so I sort of hung around waiting for him to go before I got on with things and then he didn't leave until 9am; it made me grumpy because I could have got things done in that hour! And now I don't really feel like doing anything because it all seems too much. When I get like that a scene pops into my head of an island with a moat around it and a drawbridge that only I control; in my mind's eye, I take myself there and pull the drawbridge up and just chill. It has a little beach area and a deckchair, lots of flowers, a pile of books, The Pearl Fishers to listen to and some choccie and wine; of course, it's always sunny there! How can I make it happen for real?

Oh well, back to reality - I know it's because I'm tired, really!

Anyway, it's very warm here but still hazy although I think the sun will make it through the clouds later this morning.

I'd better go and get something done.

    See you all later.
