I've been using them for several years and never had any problems.
One or two people have had occasional issues but I think they have mainly been caused by payment problems eg when direct debits have 'bounced', or cards expired etc.

Calls to any UK mobile cost 5p connection and 6p per minute via the 18185 prefix weekdays or 4p connection and 4p per minute via 18185's 020 and 0808 gateway numbers at weekends .Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Thanks to all for the very helpful replies. Joined 18185 tonigt and up and working fine. I also joined my mobile number which is with o2 to use their 0208 number if I need to make international / 0845 calls when not at home. It stated check 0208 numbers are free with your mobile provider. I checked o2 t'& c s and all calls to 01, 02 in monthly allowance , however I found a clause that said any numbers known to be call forwarding are not. Anyone used tis service with o2 or come accross them charging more for this.0

After I dial someone using the 18185 prefix, if they do a 1471 the caller number shows up as my own.
Is it possible to mask my number by inserting 141 into dialling sequence somewhere?0 -
