Well here's a bit of my production........What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0

Bribrian - what do you make the hoops from and have you been using them with protective fleece, or the transparent corrugated plastic to use as cloches. Isn't it amazing what everybody manages to cram into small spaces?0

The hoops are bendy plastic rods but i can't remember where i got them from, could have been poundstretchers. I usually just cover with clear polythene & then remove it & tie cord to them for the garden peas to climb on....
Sorry about the poor pic, used my phone...What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0 -

I love everyone's photos! Its great to see what can be done
Sorry for the delay in replying, been away on holiday!
I put the herbs in the half baskets that you fix to the wall. I grow my tomatoes in large pots, but there is definitely a variety of tomato that will grow well in a hanging basket - I remember my Mum growing some one year.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along and point you in the direction of the right variety!Mortgage Free as of 03/07/2017 :beer:0 -
hi there
Tumbling toms are a tomato that grow well in baskets etc-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Tumbler toms are great. I also recommend Garden Pearl (sometimes sold as 'Gartenperle'). They were delicious last year and one of the few varieties I had that did not succumb to blight in the horrible, wet summer we had..·:*¨:starmod: ¨*:·. Rubiales.·:*¨ :starmod: ¨*:·.
