    Hi everyone:j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j
Long time no speak. Congratulations to all those who have had special times and gentle thoughts to all those feeling sad or alone
Well our first Spanish adventure is coming to an end after DO'S retirementlast September. We return to the UK next Monday on the Santander-Plymouth ferry.
It is pouring here so you must have the sun but do they need the rain here!!

DS got engaged on Saturday so we have to go and meet the in laws to be as soon as we get home. Wedding next May so busy times ahead. I keep promising myself I WILL keep quiet as it - even in this day and age -- still the brides day really. But we are going to help financially even if they use the money we gove them for their honeymoon or whatever.

OS ways-- eating the bits and pieces left here and packing up all the cards/crochet bits etc etc to take home as presents.

Oh the van will be packed with very cheap and very delicious wines and garlic lemons from the garden and loads of jars of marmalade,

    Best wishes to all
Try and do a good deed every day.

Pretty please. :p I, on the hand was very well behaved. :D

Charlies Mum Did anybody faint after your skirt wearing exercise yesterday? :p:D I suppose they had to put on some of these too.
Ivyleaf Well if you have to sing I"d suggest not to have the 4p curry. ;) I've just eaten and I had pumpkin patties & veggies. :D DH home late tonight.

Well I can't believe what I'm reading. Nobody, I mean nobody is complaining about the weather. Miracles do happen. :D Byeeeeeeeeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

Welcome back Chalky, we've missed you!

Aussielass - ah, the reason nobody's complaining about the weather is that we haven't got used to it yet - the sunshine's still a novelty! And no, no 4p curry sause - mind you, I do have some HM chicken curry in the freezer.....

    :hello: hi everyone.

Charlies-mum have a lovely time with your grandchild. It must be really exciting to have him for the whole day!

PInkglad you had a lovely time in London with Churchmouse. I can imagine three hours wasn't long enough!!!

I have my mum visiting today. She says that she has some exciting news for me.....I think she and Dad have bought a new house (which is very exciting). I know that they have been looking for ages and saw a farm for sale they were keen on......Certainly be nice if they were a little closer :D

Have WM on second load, DW emptied and beef curry cooking away. Have the chicken one to finish off and then onto the baking.

Was in Mr T's last night and everything has gone up in price yet again. And I mean everything. Even those things on offer were either really processed or not a good deal IMO, IYKWIM. Oh well.

Must have a quick hoover and get started on the cheesecake! Feeling veyr OS today :D

    Morning everyone,

well i woke up on the sofa at around three thirty and put the wm & dw on then went to bed. I slept right through until the alarm went off - i couldn`t believe i`d done that but i must have needed it after such a long day yesterday.

I won`t have chance to get much done today as i`m back off to w**k in a couple of hours and i need to walk the doglets and have a relaxing shower first.
Hope to catch up later if the pc at W**k behaves itself today.

Have a lovely day everyone, the weather is beautiful!
((((HUGS)))) for Smoky and all who need them today too.

    Morning all!

Aussie, I am obviously not such a trial to be with as you, so Pink did not need to get drunk to get through it:p :p:p We did have fun, and I'm up for it again any time Pink:D :D;)

Did some gardening yesterday, keep thinking I could encounter some serious wildlife it's got so overgrown again.:o Going to tackle the front today, as that's a disgrace and more people see that:o  Still DH is going to help. Pity he doesn't know a weed from a flower:rotfl:

    Welcome back chalky:D

    ((hugs)) if you want one,

    Will check in later, CM

    Morning all,

Another lovely day, although we have a few clouds, but nice and warm.

Another barbecue tonight for dinner...really just cooking outside to save boiling in the kitchen, pork chops, broccoli and baked spuds, nothing fancy.

Really need to start sorting what clothes I am taking to Oz as its just 2 weeks from to-day and am determined to take minimum luggage, can't be a&&&d dragging big suitcases around airports.

Not sure what I will do when I get off here, have not had any coffee yet, so that will be OH's first chore...when he has finished with the paper!

Hugs to Smoky, PenPin, Anniestar, Jayward and anyone else in need or want

    Hello all !

Got back from seeing Mum last night. Glad it was only a two day visit.......too depressing to see her as she is really. She knew it was me but was very sleep most of the time. I was glad to get home to be honest even if it did mean travelling by bus and feeling like my head had been microwaved with the heat !!|!

Seeing my counsellor this morning then I'll go into town (as long as I don't come out from her all tearful...............don't think I will. Feel I'm almost there with it all now)

Hope you have a good day and enjoy the weather and hugs ((((((((:o ))))))to all those who need them
    Mary

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Have two loads of washing on the line outside and have just eaten a late brekkie.

Might make salmon fillets with green beans and cabbage and leek for tea.

DD can have a chicken burger instead of the fish.

Would love to try making the menu on Martin's show last night so might go shopping later for some spices etc. and make it tomorrow.

If I am brave enough I will use the epilator on my legs and look out a skirt.

    Hugs to everyone.
