highlighter wrote:I dont know if you have been here - it is a forum dedicated to the dell outlet. If you are in no immediate hurry for your laptop just post what spec you are after and the model along with your budget. Then the guys on there will help you out to get a good valued machine.
This only works if you are at your comp quite lot- then once someone has found a suitable machine- you will need to take it off their hands.
As for the outlet, most of the machines sold are just returns from company's who have over ordered.
ps. it's quite normal not to get the xp backup media-if you really want it you could probly 'blag' it out of dell.
pps. don't worry bout the thanks button;)
Would an external DVD RW do?

It's not been duplicated - I have taken care to make sure that every post is different, therefore sticking to the MSE rule guidelines. I hope all MSE users apply them too (with no personal comments inparticular).
I was ensuring that people were made aware of the offers that have gone - being helpful for those that were looking at buying a Dell laptop. "We" refering to yourself, as I am greatly aware that others are happy with Dell. :beer:0 -

changing the wording doesn't distract from the fact that you have posted the same information on various threads and boards across the site, this is against the site rules especially as in some cases you are only repeating info already posted
BTW what is an 'uver'
as in a dell - uver
