    Good morning everyone,

Has almost everyone gone away for the Bank Holiday weekend?

Happy Birthday to Betheebee's DD! Hope you have a lovely day together.
(((hugs))) to anniestar, pen-pin, taplady, smoky, mrs mix and anyone else I haven't mentioned who needs one. (It isn't deliberate - there are quite a few of us who need them at the mo and I would have to write all the names down to mention everyone. :o )

Had a carp night last night. XDH phoned me up to throw a temper tantrum as I took DS and DD to the cinema to see Iron Man when it's his weekend to have them and he had planned to take them. After all that has happened recently, I found it very hard to bite my tongue and managed to bite his head off before just giving up and let him rant until he ran out of steam and said rather sheepishly that he had to go and make dinner. Was so fed up that I ate my own weight in crisps and accompanied them with a bottle of wine and two chocolate bars. So feeling really bad about myself today. Will have to get on the exercise bike even more today.

Feel like doing absolutely nothing today but won't let that man get to me so much. So I will get on with the de-clutter of my bedroom (yes, it is *still* a mess :o ) and get some other jobs done too.

Off to wallow in misery. :rotfl: With a cup of tea of course. xx

    Good Morning All

    Squeaky - interesting dream

Had a lie in this morning but now really need to get on, gonna throw on some old clothes and work down my massive housework to do list. Weather looks reasonable here so hopefully loads of line drying can be done. DS has footie practice so he will be occupied but DD may want to hang about the house all day - think will be chucking her out for a while.

Forgot to get the ribs out of the freezer last night so having to rejig the menu planner.

Am please with the London Mayor results - should be very interesting to see how Boris gets on, just a result not having to look at Kens face anymore - just looking at it made me angry.

Oh well, off to finish my tea and get on.

Morning All. Quite impressed that I've made the first page!:j

Hugs to all who need them, and to those who just like starting their day off with a hug.
    :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

DH s in the shower, then heading off down to the allotment. He needs to get the stuff we bought last week planted, before my parents come down tomorrow, as they bought them for us. So, thats a dozen Strawberry plants, some herbs, and loads of veg plugs. That way then the council can't chuck us off- we have to have cultivated the plot, not just de-weeded.

The hens need cleaning out too, and we might have some chicks hatching out. Hope so.

    Lovely sunny morning.

My day is going to be rather more relaxed. I'm shattered. Slept really well but every muscle aches. My legs in particular are killing me. Could it be dehydration? Realised all I had to drink yesterday was two small vending cups of water and a beaker of milk. Today my mission is to drink at least 2 litres. If anyones looking for me, I'll be on the loo :rotfl::laugh:

DH has just come out of the shower and 'jiggled'.:rolleyes2 Does anyone else have to put up with comedians at this time in the morning? He's now flapping his arms in the air to let his deodourant dry. Moving on...

Tesco coming between 11 & 1, so want to get the living room and kitchen tidied up before then.

Breakfast is going to be shredded wheat followed by a slice of toast and marmalade. I'll have a pot of tea too.

Lunch is a bit of a mystery at the moment - will see what is in the fridge. Might be chicken salad.

Dinner is also a mystery. We're off up to my parents tonight so not sure whether Mum is cooking or whether we are going out. We're off out for lunch tomorrow as it was my uncles 65th yesterday. He doesn't know it yet but 20-odd of us will be surprising him.

Anywhoo, thats enough wittering from me. See you all later.

    Morning all:hello:

AnnieB - sorry you had such a rubbish evening, hope you have a much better day today.

Well I'm off to the garden centre today to buy some veg plants - I'm still a novice at growing veg so don't feel confident to try from seed yet. Having said that I will get some lettuce and spinach seeds to try.

I need to make banana bread too - I have 3 very tired looking bananas that are crying out to be made into something yummy. Tea is back to hm pizza after a fortnight's break from it. I'll make some hm lentil soup for lunch.

Before I do anything else I need to get the hoover out - it doesn't look like it's rained outside but one of the cats has wet and grubby back legs, and the floor and windowsill is covered in dirt! I'd love to have a little spy-cam to see what they get up to! Fortunately no feathered or furry creatures have made it through the cat-flap this morning, just a slice of bread. I feel very sorry for the birds who it was obviously intended for!

Have a good day everyone xxx

    Morning Guys!

An unsettled night last night and feel abit washed out this morning because of it.....nevermind!

WM has been on and OH is just about to hang it out. Have another load to go on, then the washing bag is clear:D ...the weather is supposed to be raining tomorrow, so want to get it over and done with today really. DW will need to go on later and house still clean and tidy.

DD has killed her new laptop by not shutting it down properly. OH has been up since 6.30am trying to sort it, but looks like she has lost loads of her stories she had wrote and some of her HW.

OH & DD have decided to do some gardening later, so if able, I may go and sit out there and chat too them and maybe tidy the tubs we have with the grasses and flowers in.

DD has her friend over tomorrow for a sleepover, so we have promised them a Pizza as a treat. I cant remember the last time we bought one from Pizza Hut but have £12.00 in vouchers from surveys to contribute towards it, so shouldnt be too expensive.

Managed to sell a few DVD's that we no longer want. A couple were limited edition ones and went for good money.

Anyway, I have to go and have my cuppa.

    Hugs to all.

    Morning everyone,
it`s a lovely sunny morning here so i hope it stays that way.
I`ve just taken the loaf out of the bm and went to empty th dw to find that it was full of mucky pots cos i`d forgotten to switch it on last night.

Whilst i wait for that to finish i`ll hop in the shower and have a tidy round upstairs. Back to w**k for me later now i`m better - wish i wasn`t really but i wouldn`t want to be ill like that again!
Little pooch is still upstairs in bed and big pooch is staring at me so i`d best get a move on so that they can go for their walk.
    Have a Sunny Saturday everyone.

    morning all!

Special thanks to those thinking of us and out little dog. Am still very tearful this morning but I know it was the best thing for him, DH and I had a talk about him last night remembering what a little rogue he used to be. The other 2 dogs know something is wrong and are both very quiet but I've been giving them extra cuddles.

Off to work later so that may help take my mind off things. This morning before work I am waiting for DHs rcing pigeons to fly home from Poole in Dorset, they were up at 8.15 and it should take them just over 2 hours to get home. DH is at work, due home just after the pigeons so its up to me to clock them.

(((hugs))) to Anniestar - hope you're feeling better. and also to smoky and PP

    Catowen & Mrs_Mix :hello: :hello:

Squeeky - so glad it was only a dream!!!

:grouphug: and :hello: to everyone xxx

also special :grouphug: to a super Oser who def needs one today xxx

Well, so far i have done nothing apart from strip my bedding and get it into the WM - hoping to get another load done and then im thinking about walking into town as its the May Fair today. Just a load of stalls in the high street really, but we dont get out or do much, so it might be nice to do something. Both my 2 are very good, they know we dont have much money so dont ask for much but it would still be nice to go and look.
Other than that, i have all my clicks to do, and loads of cleaning and sorting out to do, mostly in my bedroom which is a good (well bad really) place to keep it as its out of the way, so easy to forget about!!!
Lunch will be sausage sandwiches, no idea what to do for dinner yet - will see what we fancy later!!!

Hope everyone has a lovely day,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
