I made jam last year with equal amounts of gooseberries and Sainsburys basics frozen berries (£1), it was absolutely lovely! I also made some using apples instead of gooseberries. Highly recommended, I must make some more........

Wow, very jealous of original poster. My little bush has done very well though and made me 160g of lovely goosberries. Any ideas for such a small amount?
