I bought some gooseberries off the market thinkin i could just eat them lol taste a bit bitter and want to do something with them now any recommendations? thanks0

I made a tarte tatin with some last year which was really nice.
Also gooseberry fool, or a nice sauce with duck!

I have a load of gooseberries in the freezer from last year and our gooseberry bushes are laden with mini ones already.
I really haven't a clue what to do with them!!
