    Hi, would the 30% discount work on a freezer that costs £119.99? If so, can I also apply the free delivery code on this item?

    I have used the £15 discount voucher once and would like to know if I can use a new credit card number and email address to make a new 'discounted' transaction?

  • I am into a battle of wills with Littlewoods who have changed the amount I owe them six weeks after recieving the goods which can't be returned now as the approval date has gone.
    I hate confrontation so I won't bother with these codes anymore too much anxiety caused for me

  • I have the same problem as you Shellsbells.

    I ordered about a month and a half ago, thinking great offer, a bargain 15 off, then they billed me 3 lots of 15 pounds a month later.

    I queried this and to date they dont know why they have taken 45 pounds out of my credit card.....and they have not refunded it back.

    I cannot return the goods, as the 14 day period was over 14 days ago. In effect they have tricked me into shopping with them and then used my credit card to get alot more money. I havent talked to the credit card company yet as i am waiting for their explaination.

    I rang them up for the nth time, and they said they would take goods back within 28 days, but its now over 28 days! And i'm still waiting for an explanation.

    Shellsbells; what have they said to you? Have you talked to your credit card company?
  • Be careful

    I ordered using a code from littlewoods (i think the same company as LX Direct) they confirmed the order and sent the goods, but then charged me the full price.

    When i complained they refused to give me the credit and refused to take the product back without charging me for returns. it was all a big hoohaa.

    In the end i contacted my credit card company and told them that their had been an unauthorised transaction, got the whole order for free....who is laughing now!!!

    Sparky61, I'm still confused! These items from the link you gave can be bought like any other product and do not have 30% off. The item that i'm lookin for is not in this section so should I use the 20% off code?

    Also, is the 20% off for 1st orders only or can I use after I use a £15 off voucher on a different product (two separate transactions)?

    Hi,

    I've just tried twice to order something from LX Direct. Both times I got the same message as above. Is it just a case of trying again later? Or is it that I have filled in my details wrong? Thanks.

    Also does this website get new stock??? For about 5 weeks I've been checking a particular hooded top and it has been out of stock in my size all that time!!!
