been trying for days, still get an error code after putting in my card details. Does anyone know if these codes apply for phone orders? trying to get some shoes for my daughter.

or is that a bit risky?

still having problems with the site, can't place orders, phones to try and place the order and was told that discount voucher was only available between november and december and also not for use in my area (liverpool)???

site STILL giving error message when you try and place an order. Must just be my PC everyone else seems to be ordering fine ???

I kept getting the error message, I tried various ways of putting my address it & found it won't work if I put my house name in the house number box (Duh!!), when I left out the house name altogether I got both orders through without any problems.

I had a lx parcel arrive today, I dont know what went wrong but I have been charged full price.

Oh well just as well I like it now I have it.

Ella get on the phone and query your bill I just did and they added the code for me now I only have to pay £1 for a pair of trousers.
This site is making me very brave. I think it's knowing everyone is out there rooting for you to save money.
