Don't worry when the receipt comes with the product you ordered quoting the full price, they dont show the voucher on the receipt, exactly the same happened to me - if you are worrried give them a ring and double check.

i placed an order for a loo seat priced £19.99 with £15 off it was going to sost me £7.84 when i carried on browsing on lx direct after placing the order i found the same loo seat was £2 cheaper i emailed them they relied saying they would credit me with the £2 cant be bad eh! nice loo seat for £5.84 ;D ;D

Ordered TV and camcorder 26th July. Email 27th July morning with 20% shown but not deducted. I phoned LX and was informed that my card would be debited with the full amount and some time after I had received the goods a credit would appear on my account but "as my order was so large the credit may only be about £50". The 20% saving should be £258.

The LX Promotions Manager is waiting for a call from Head Office to say whether they will honour the deal.

I don't know if I'm entitled to the discount or not so i'm not too bothered. I will shop elsewhere.

In their defence everyone I have spoken to has been extremely friendly and helpful. ;D

Be careful, I used code ZG6509 to get £15 off last April and then recently used code ZG5299 to get £15 off again.
Just been told that I have been charged the full amount for a product because I have used a £15 voucher before.

The moral is go for a diffeent value voucher each time

I was in a same situation as you when I ordered but did not have any problem. So I guess it depends on who processes your order.

a week ago i brought a fridge freezer for £375 using the 20% code and free p&p code they took£472out of my account i phoned them and they said they will give me my money back when i recieve the fridge in about 2 weeks. :)still smilling.
