I used a £15-off voucher sometime last year successfully then this week tried the latest £15-off code using all the same details as before (ie address, e-mail & credit card) and within 24 hours of the order had received my £23.99 Dolce & Gabbana aftershave with free p&p & £15 credited back to my credit card, so a total cost to me of £8.99! ;D

Considering buying a digital camera so wondering about trying the 20%-off code, just miffed that they don't sell the Canon Digital Ixus 400/500 models as that's what I really want.. :-/

I've tried xx226 both for a TV and for kids clothes and in both occasion, I got the "Sorry! We are unable to process this promotion code ..." error.

I've got an account with Index and ordered a toy laptop computer for my daughter (thought I'd start christmas shopping early) and used code zg5299 to get £15 off and xx518 for free delivery. Got it for £5.

I then ordered two more christmas presents for my daughter in my partners name and my mums name using code zg3855 (the one on their website for new customers) and free delivery code. Total cost £8.44 instead of £38.44 so well chuffed.

Does anyone know if my mum and partner can place another order using the code I used zg5299 and if they have to wait before using that code how long do you think we should wait.

Is anyone else having problems with the website.

Just added stuff to the basket, added codes no probs, put in cc details and then clicked on link to continue and the site crashed
