I tried all day Saturday to order something on lxdirect using £15 off and freep&p codes, and kept repeatedly getting this message. I thought it was something they had put in place to block the use of codes, but when I changed the card details I was entering it worked ???
All day I had been entering the details from my switch card and it wouldn't work even though I have money in the account. However, as soon as I entered the details from my visa debit card- it worked first time and my order was placed- I had emailed them when I was unable to place my order but they didn't seem to know what the problem was ??? just told me to keep trying

Ive had an LX account for years now, i always though that these discounts couldnt be used on existing accounts.

The other night, i was feeling like a rebel, so i just ordered a pair of puma speedcat that were already in the sale at £37 and stuck the code in.

I checked my account yesterday and for some unknown reason, £35 has been taken off, so i got the trainers for £2! Yipeeeee!!!

I also used the free p+p code!

Im soo happy, ive ordered the trainers in the other colour, which now are reduced to £28.50!!

Is the £15 off code still working, because i've read in a couple other posts that people have been charged full whack even though they got an email with the discounted total.

Ive used Lxdirect lots
they take the full amount then refund the voucher amount.
odd I know, dont know why they do it that way, but any codes ive used they have always honoured

The £15 off and free p&p codes worked for me- bought trainers that were on sale for £21.99 and got them for £6.99 in total

Has anyone tried using the £15 off code twice?

Hi i have now used this code 3 times just used a diffrent email address and credit card.

All the other details ie name d/o/b address i kept the same.
