Hi moneymike! When I ordered a mobile from lxdirect.com with the 20% off and the 15 quid off / free postage & packaging, it allowed me to order the product with my credit card no problem, even though they tell you they will email you within 8 hours for full conformation of the order - so you think they will mail me saying I was wrongly charged? Or ? Because the total price once ordered did include the £15 off and the 20% off im confused!

to dave above i ordered a george forman grill for £29.95 and free post and packing checked on account they have taken 15 pound off . i hope this helps and new code come today for 10% off when you place new order quote xx721.

The code for £15 off, ZG5299, does not have a minimum spend, however i used this code for a coat for my son and used my debit card to pay the extra but they took the full amount off, when i phoned up customer services the woman said it would be back on my card by today, but it hasn't appeared yet.

??? If I use the £15 code and free P&P on something at £14.99 do they allow this and refund 1p? ???

No 'fraid not. Their system can't cope with a negative total and comes up with an error.

Best to do what I did, and just add something extra to your basket, which will take you over £15 but then you can send it back when it arrives for a refund

Would it work if I just used the £15 voucher but payed for delivery? ???

I can't ge tpast the registration page anyone else having this problem or do they just not want my money ??? (After £15 discount & PP discount order balance is a full 98p!!)
