Not sure if this is on the write section of the forum, if so please move it.
Anyway, what I am wondering is I have a mk4 fiesta and am a 21 year old student on a tight budget lol. I am wanting to know the cheap ways to clean out the car. I.e windows. And the seats are the worst, I have paid up to £6 for a tin of foam for them before. And the plastic for the dash etc.
Any ideas anyone?

Some of these might help:-
Car:
- Cleaning inside windscreen
- Home Made car window cleaner
- Oil from carpets?
- Remove vomit smell from car upholstery
- Remove car stickers
- Sand and pet hair
- Screenwash?
And there may be some help here...

have you got a pound shop nearby as they sell all sorts of wipes for windows, dash etc, could you borrow a steam cleaner for the seats just give them a good hoover first, and spray of frebreeze afterwards. Wilkinsons do car cleaning stuff fairly cheap. PPLBM-29/08/07

My local Lidl was selling car cleaning sprays including upholstery for 99p this week.
You might want to see if you have a local branch doing the same.Hoping this year is better than the last.0 -
I nearly booked my car in for a spruce up (due to DGS) but when I thought about it decided to do it myself. Wipes, a good old fashioned bristle brush, then a quick hoover. The annoying tiny fluffy bits were removed by Sticky Mitts by Lakeland. Saved a LOT of money and it looked good." The greatest wealth is to live content with little."

If the seats are really bad (as ours were due to kids!) Lidls were doing some seat covers for £11 the lot the other week. They go on and off really easily, and can be thrown in the washing machine when they get manky. They totally transformed the interior of our very manky looking car for pennies, and it should be easy to keep them that way. If you don't have a Lidls near you, maybe you could find something for a similar price online/ebay, etc?0
