Soappie i had to get to wisdom teeth out (had to travel 40 miles)and the dentist give the injection and started pulling at the tooth, i had to stop him and tell him the freeze wasn't working (tears where tripping out of me) he called me a big baby and then put in another couple of injections. Then i had the joy of driving home another 40 miles, never again.

Lil-me big hugs, write all down that is bugging you because if your like me you'll forget half when having the big talk, then end up remember later and it will drive you nutts.

OH trying to be nice asked if i would like some steak and chips ( i can't eat), can't even put my teeth together without it being sore.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Lil-me - biggest hugs ever and then some more.... Well done for standing your ground although I know you're probably curling up and hurting big time inside.

**stamps feet** OK, I haven't got a Buster, so how did you see the tears on my face  sheesh can't get away with anything in here can we. Jokes aside, thank you, it means a lot. I think I'll be best getting the upset bits out of the way so he doesn't see those, it's anger more than anything at the minute with the asking me if I wanted to know why so I could change it, I've been bending over backwards and putting up with loads then he wants more, I can't physically or emotionally do any more. Yesterday I asked if he'd help me today, he said of course then spent the day in the garage after he got up. I say 'do what you like' when he wants to go away and I still get ranted at him saying I don't mean that etc, why wouldn't I mean it, he does what he likes anyway  Things have been iffy for several weeks now, we've needed to talk but there never seems to be a good time....don't suppose there ever is a good time when things are not going right.

vanilla, thanks, I will write it down, more to get my own thoughts out I think. Oh and don't eat tomato soup if it stings, I did that last time I had a tooth out, OWWWW!!!!!!

tia, stop making me blush/cry...but thank you :) at the minute you're right, I probably would be.

Hmmmm I've found 2 bags of small prawns, I wonder if there is a nice recipe I can use the cod fillets and the prawns in....
One day I might be more organised...........

Vanilla - double hugs - get OH to do you a bowl of soup (even if it's made from the fridge bottom stuff) then allow it to cool a bit and sip through a straw...

Straw is a good idea, if you're taking meds you'll need something or you'll just throw them back up. GAK! Soft squishy (basically overcooked) pasta or rice might be an idea, you can just suck and swallow it. If it still hurts tomorrow there is a stuff called OraJel you can get from most chemists which is great, it numbs it so you can get something to eat etc but careful if you do get it because if you get it on your lips it numbs them and causes that dentist dribbling :rotfl:

I think I might go to bed, after I have emptied the dishwasher to keep to my change one thing a day, it's like leaving washing up for the next day, I just don't like it so trying to do it as soon as it's finished (well within an hour or so :o ) then work on my budget (yes I have been working on 2, one on my own just incase that I have been working on for a few weeks) meal plan then getting some of the thoughts out, by Tuesday (if I don't manage to get time to speak to him without the kids before that) there will probably be enough things to make a book :rotfl:

Right, off to get sorted then off to bed, can't remember if I fed the dogs so best check that first :o see you all tomorrow x

Lil-me - I'm having to be very careful with my words here.... because I'm fuming and crying along with you. I wrote the other day asking the question along the lines of "why is it that it's always the woman's fault when a man gets abusive - and their stock response seems to always be 'you made me do it'"

YOU have not made him do anything. YOU are a grown up person in your own right. YOU are also a very caring, lovely person. Remember that.

    Remind him of it.

And then present an air of calm and get on with YOUR life. Even if he stays, you still have the right to a life of YOUR choosing. And he should accept you have a right to be respected.

    It is NOT your fault.

    xx

Lil-me, soappie has said it all really, you are an exceptional person, kind, good hearted and always there for everybody and if your OH doesn't realise how lucky he is, he's a fool.

Soappie the pain killers have finally kicked in so i'm gonna get a yogurt into me but i'll take it out of the fridge and let it get to room temp. To hot or to cold and my mouth is to sore.:rotfl: Should have know when the dentist said one would be a deep filling and gave me the look of sympathy. Swine:rotfl:

    Morning all.

Vanilla - hope you're feeling a little better this morning. I recommend scrambled eggs for breakfast but NOT toast.
Lil-me - hugs - hope things are feeling a little brighter this morning.
Michelle - how's the bump - you still with us?

Right, off to get a bath in a minute. I'm quite looking forward to my trip to the auction rooms in town. Trouble is, the two lots I'm interested in are spread apart time wise so I'll have a gap between them. Will probably use that gap to find a new slow cooker and perhaps some new work trousers. DiL works part time for a building society so I might pop in and see her - they have quite a good deal on a fixed rate bond at the moment (6.5%) so I might just empty the account I opened when she was with another building society and transfer that so she gets the commission.

I ought to muck out the car too before I go - it's a disgrace. The back needs to be emptied (I seem to be using it as a store cupboard :o) just in case I do buy...

Morning All. Have had a quick scan through the last few dyas of threads.((Hugs)) to all who need one

Sun shining here at the moment. First line of washing out.
The twins are off to a party at 10:30, so I am going to try and get some flying done whilst they're out. I really wish I had arranged to have my hair cut whilst they are at they're party as it really really looks a mess at the mo (about a year since I last made the effort to go to the hairdresser  )

I think we are going to go out for tea tonight for my Birthday so no cooking required today.
Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j
