I watched 'Footprints in the Snow' based on the true story of Julie Hill this evening on ITV1. Made me think. Did anyone else watch it? A programme like that sure stops you feeling sorry for yourself doesn't it? :think:

Yeah i watched it, harsh but she seemed to deal with it all pretty well. Her kids were an inspiration for the way they dealt with it all as well at such a young age.

I know everyone says this but you will be fine Ember, no matter what you are told, everything will be fine.

I watched bits of that show last night, and it was very interesting. Mr divadees uncle had a car accident last year and is now a tetraplegic (paralysed from the top of chest down) so sort of feel everything the family went through.

Thanks Smartiepants, the nerves are a bit shredded today, but I am trying to keep it together and think positive about tomorrow. I am pleased it is almost here and almost over with. Tomorrow afternoon, I should know it is a cyst and will have had it drained and can get on with my life.

Ember, this time tomorrow it will all be done with. I know it's hard but try to immerse yourself in the packing and preparations for your move. switch on your lamp and remind yourself how many of your friends are thinking of you.

Thanks bargainaddict, you have been there with me throughout all this, you are a star, just like many others. I am trying to squash the panic rising in me today, I was fine when I got up, just getting the jitters now. Getting through today is going to be the hardest I think. I'm going to go get my lamp like you suggest and light it as soon as darkness falls, to keep me strong till tomorrow. Thank You so much to all of you who have given support.

Your'e more than welcome Ember. Sending you a big hug. What will you do this afternoon. Mybe something to do with the move that needs doing. When its done you will have a real sense of achievement. Don't let this beat you and rob you of today and your peace of mind. Be strong, its just a foreign body that has no right to be inside you. You are bigger and stronger than any cyst!!!!!!
