Try and stay calm; guess you won't get much sleep tonight but in the middle of the night when your mind runs away hold it in check, keep wild thoughts pushed down inside, it's when you let them out to run amok you lose control , and all best wishes for tomorrow. Hi Everyone, I just got in from a trip out to Makro to do some retail therapy to find all these messages waiting for me. You are all so special and your kindness means the world to me :grouphug: Thanks you for the continued support, you are my strength right now and through until tomorrow.

I was starting to get a bit stressed this afternoon and when I phoned my hubby for a bit of reassurance he came up with the wonderful idea of a bit of retail therapy. He sugessted I go to Makro and take a look at microwaves as we could do with a new one for the cottage *wink, wink* I say that because I know fine well there is nothing wrong with the one we have, it's just a few years old etc. He said we need a new one, so go find us a nice one to take with us to Scotland on Wednesday and by the way, it's a cyst, I promise! I do love him you know, he has been so good, so patient with me with my up and down mood swings this week. I went to Makro and took my mind off cysts for at least 2 hours whilst I was wandering around. I 'treated' us to a new Microwave which was on sale and also a flip-top bin for the kitchen We were both like excited kids when we opened the huge box to admire it when I returned home and he thinks I made a good choice. A microwave is a microwave yeah? right..lol think he made a bit too much of a fuss
Nash jumped on my knee and gave me big kitten hugs and further wormed his way deep in to my heart this afternoon. I feel love all around me and I am not scared anymore. I am going to be brave tomorrow, get that needle aspiration, smile when they do the scan and rejoice when I come bouncing out of the hospital knowing my cyst is gone. I am not very hungry tonight so am going to be naughty and have a cup of tea and a mars bar in a while and settle down to watch TV, keep my mind occupied. My special pink lamp is out ready to be switched on when it gets dark and I will think of you all as I switch it on and look at its gentle light.
I want to hug you all, wish I could.

Hi Ember,
it was this time last yr that i found a lump whilst on holiday i was terified, as i knew there was nothing i could do while i was there, Then i knew i would have to wait for app once i was home, the time seemed to drag but i was also dreading going, any way to cut a long story short the lovely guy told me that it was nothing after going for my scan i was so relived they put it down to my age as i was then 48 but a few months earlier i had a discharge from the other nipple,which was an infection but after finding the lump made very worried,sorry this is ramberling a little bit as i am not very good at this,
But what i realy want to say is that my thoughts will be with you and that you have the same result as me,
