Jewellery making anyone??

I think there's a thread somewhere for affiliate links, but I'm not sure about your own business. What you *are* allowed to do (as far as I know - I checked when I did it, but the rules may have changed in the intervening how ever many years it is since I joined) is put a link to your business website on your profile. If you click on my username and then 'Visit cazmanian_minx's homepage', it'll take you to my small one-person business.

networking pages ? Erm, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this sort of thing! Would you be allowed to give me a pointer in the right direction please ? Is it a case of just searching with the right keywords, or is there a special handshake electronically speaking that you need to know about ?

It's really nice to see so many creative people here - I too make jewellery, but it's pewter and so I have to outsource my casting as there's no way I could make the moulds and cast the pieces to a professional standard. I do all my own original sculpts for the casting, though.
I've just opened and Etsy shop, no sales yet but it's early days and having a full-time day job means my time for marketing/networking is really squeezed!

Does anyone have a good source for just ordinary coloured pearl beads. I'm making and selling bracelets for a little girl's cancer appeal as she has Neuroblastoma and her family need to raise £500,000 to get her to America for treatment. I"m going through lots of beads!
