Hi, I have made Impossible pudding years ago, which has dessicated coconut in it, it used to go down very well with the family it is sooo easy, however i have lost my recipe. Do a google for it as i have just done, i am not good at doing links etc. It was the top one, recipezaar. Thank you for your post, it has reminded me to make the pudding again and i have found the recipe, so thank you, thank you, thank you.:A I think that you will like it, and its very cheap to make.20p savers club

Coconut Pyramids:
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
6oz dessicated coconut
3oz caster sugar
1dsp. Cornflour
Mix coconut, sugar and cornflour, then add to the beaten egg whites to make a firm mixture. add extra coconut if too soft
Form into pyramids or golf sized balls, place on a well greased baking tin. Bake at 180C, 350F, gas 4 until pale gold.0 -
1 Cup SR flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
mix all together and pop in a cake/ loaf tin
Cook at 180 for about 30 mins
Hubby likes it with icing but i like it plain

i bought a little bag of this yesterday in my shop, as it was only 23p, i thought i could add it to somthing when i was baking..

Yep. Bog standard plain bun mix plus an ounce or two of coconut - yum
