Oh dear!

Installed just fine on my laptop with Vista but having probs with the install on my desktop with XP. I get through all the malarkey OK til I get to the install bit, then I get a message to say install failed and to contact AVG...but AVG don't talk to/help us freebie people do they??

I didn't uninstall the old AVG first, just accepted the install that uninstalls the old one automatically. Any chance it might work if I uninstall first myself?? Any other ideas please?

I've just installed upgraded to v8 (uninstalled v7.5, rebooted, installed v8), but am having a problem in Outlook 2003 on a test machine.

When replying to any HTML e-mails, replies are automatically set to be plain text, all the settings are still correct in Outlook, and it's causing a problem! It must be something to do with AVG...

Any ideas?

Hi thanks for pointing out the update as I never knew.
I have installed it and it works fine but the only thing is, it doesn't fit my screen right. I can't see the bottom of the window to see what it says. I can't find a way to make it smaller only bigger. Anyone else have this problem?

ok uninstalled the old versions now iam on the download page i clicked on install shall i run it or save it ?

Download the file to your PC and then install from there.
