I've got a plumber here at the moment, he came at 11am this morning to chnge the ch programmer (done) and install a new shower which will work off the ch. He went to Watford at 2pm to get a new tap part as they'd given him 2 of the same side and he's just come back! When I looked in the bathroom when he was out, the old shower is still on the wall and the new shower mixer unit thingy was nowhere to be seen!!!

I still have to clean the bathroom and vacuum round - am I really going on holiday at 7.15am tomorrow

They've text me to say he has booked them a riding lesson next week and that he taking them to the cinema later this week!

Got to go now as have to get up at 5.30am, taxi coming at 6.45am for our holidays :j :j :j

Back from holiday, very, very brown Had a fabulously relaxing time, so much so that I just cannot get going today! Got home about 11.30pm last night and feel absolutely cream crackered. Washing on with another 2 loads to do and thats without what the twins bring back. They stayed at my Dad's last night and have to a Performing Arts course at their new school today so won't see them til 4pm but I can't wait to see them - I have really, really missed them this holiday.

What a fabulous place Egypt is, the people are so friendly! Came down with the inevitable gyppy tum after 2 days but coped well and had a great time! Went to a lovely restaurant on Sunday evening which was set on decking over the sea with all the exotic fish swimming around underneath - heaven!!!!

Checked emails this morning and I have got an interview for a job with the NHS on Thursday at 1.30pm :j :j it's to work with the School Nurses and Health Visitors doing admin work for them and is part-time so should fit in well with the twins I hope.

How is everyone here? Anything to report?
