    Well, I'm back!

After waiting for one and half hours I finally got in to see the Judge who was really quite stern to start with - he did all the usual then said that at 12.06pm today 'you are officially bankrupt', then said in a much nicer tone 'its really not that bad you know' :D

I then spoke to the OR office who said I will hear by letter within 48hrs about when the OR will call me  .

My CAP representative came with me and 'held my hand' so it didn't feel too bad.

Just dreading the OR phone call now and what he will say about my car

    Thank you all :A

Lots of people on the Bankruptcy board say how they have wonderful nights sleep on the night they have been to court - ......ummm, don't know what happened here then last night ;)

    Beanie,

I had a lovely voicemail from Ampersand yesterday morning wishing me all the best for yesterday, so have sent a text back and will be in touch with her as soon as I can get hold of her and will certainly pass on your love - she is such a remarkable woman!

This morning I am going with my CAP rep to see a woman who is in a very similar situation to the one I was in - he would like me to be support for her, I must say that it really nice to be able to give something back for the help I have had.

Then I-T is taking Mum and I out for lunch (Mum staying this week, she loves the house! And she took the bankruptcy news very well too!) so whilst we're in St A I will take Mum on a trip down memory lane - show her old house etc etc.

Only 5 more school days for the twins then they leave to start senior school!!! My friend says that give them one term until Christmas and then when they go back to school the girls become 'she-devils' and the boys 'Kevin' - God help us :rotfl: :rotfl: .

 Have found out late this pm that ex husband was made redundant last week!!!!

He came here on Sat last to pick twins up and said nothing even though I asked him how things were at work - he was in the Construction industry - and nowt!!!

Firstly, I feel really sorry for him as work was his life and goodness knows how he will manage without it. Secondly, I'm now worrying about the maintenance which is huge chunk of my monthly income. He was well paid and will have had a really good payoff so possibly don't need to worry for a few months - 1year. However, there is still that niggle at the back of my mind saying that I will get a letter from solicitor drop through my door soon saying he can't pay anymore due to losing his job

When will things ever be settled for us
