do a food plan for the week and shop accordingly (never done this either)
contact unis on monday (i actually did this yesterday but didnt get anywhere need to become more dogmatic about this)

there are others but i think this is a good start

Hi El, I got my couch off ebay - there were loads about, and I am sure you can get something without spending tooooooo much.

As for the design of posters/leaflets etc - I just went on publisher - bog standard on the laptop, and messed around with it until I had something semi-reasonable! Don't pay for someone to do it for you!

Insurance - Balens are the people many therapists use -google them and see what they come up with.

Let me know if I can be of any help x

Publisher is on Microsoft Office if you have it......its nothing special but it does the job.

keep looking out for ebay couches - I got mine with delivery so they do happen - just keep an eye out.

Tax and Nat Ins - yes once you start earning "cold hard cash" you have 3 months to notify the revenue, so no hurry - the inland revenue helpline for self employment are really really helpful so don't ever be afraid to give them a call and ask questions.
