    El - been thinking about the walking thing - am tentatively in! Who knows what'll happen in the next 4 years but I like the challenge of getting into a state to be capable of walking from end to end (and not just getting out of breath walking to the end of the street!)

    I should be off at the weekend working late all week.

    well miz the master plan is continuing ...i have booked myself on a course for doing hypnotherapy and N.L.P it starts in September and i will be finished by November ...i still have to buy a bed and get some insurance but have got nephew agreeing to do flyers business cards headed paper etc for me i have recieved some of the books i need to read before i start my course and have read some over the weekend i have most of my stationery for the business...so the plan is still going ahead just more behind the scenes ....if anyone can think of anything i might need to do or add please fire away all advice gratefully accepted

    oh and incidently i made it to 61.5 mpg today ...have to admit i was driving through the local town the other day and it went down to 60.5 so it does go to show you that going up and down the gears and starting and stopping and braeking can make a difference ...was thinking of you skint when i saw that thinking that must be what alot of your driving must be like and had some sympathy ...i think (cant quite remember) that when i started this i was 53.5mpg or something so i have managed to get an extra 8mpg out of the car just by being careful how i drive ...now i do approx 350 miles a week so that is a bit of a saving over time
