Ash I had Colpermin most of the time (which is basically peppermint oil) but I used wheat bags, warm baths and peppermint tea or cordial seemed to help me with the cramping pains. I think it's Schweppes that do the cordial. You just put a small amount like squash with a suitable amount of hot water and it makes a soothing drink - a bit pleasanter than the tea. Also just using any cream and massaging backwards and forwards across the tummy is quite good.DMP mutual support thread No: 433 - Mortgage - £54,556, Credit cards - £4012, Unsecured loan - £3,376, Other - £419

Thanks PinkFairy - I reheated my wheat bag 5 times last night! Ha, ha!! Will try Peppermint Tea and Cordials. They won't have me running to the loo all the time, will they? (Sorry everyone.....) Am going to try a bit of Yoga on our new Wii fit this weekend as I've heard anything to de-stress can help, as well. Thanks again. xxOfficial DFW Member 716 - Proud to be dealing with my debts0

Hi everyone. The long lost prodigal returns although I doubt if anyone remembers me now..lol. I think I was here a while ago but then I hit a major brick wall (not literally) and disappeared.
Well I am now going to pull myself up big time and start all over again. Gods I have lost track how many times I have fallen off this wagon and climbed back on, but now I really want to do it. Especially as it's now starting to turn out nice again.
Although I couldn't find any of the previous lists, could someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction. I am going to be a good girl and print them all off and taper them to my needs and pop in my control journal thingy.
Now I think I better go and get dressed and pop to the library to pick up two books - one is "cut the clutter" which I really want to read.Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️
