Just had a few spots of rain so I got the washing in, nearly all dry and folded and put away. The rain went off again so I've cut the back grass, which seems to be growing like mad, and cut back the winter flowering jasmine. Swept up.

holly, how is your little one? What a fright you must have got. I hope he is okay and on the mend.

I don't usually do the kids rooms as they are big enough and old enough to do their own but today I had a go at tidying boys room. I picked up a pair of jeans from the floor and tipped out the pockets by accident, I then picked up all the bits from the floor. I sat on their sofa to pick up the bits. I was feeling so well today. Usually I use a grabber stick, but today I didn't bother. Now I am in agony. Oh, I just remembered that I put clean sheets on the bottom bunk too. I should have read pigpens list and then I wouldn't have gone beyond the manicure!

I was just annoyed to find DS2 was sleeping in a sleeping bag and hadn't remade his bed after he threw up over it last weekend. Some of the joys of teenagers to look forward to, those of you with littleones! When I had 4 under fives and people told me to make the most of it as it would be more difficult when they were older I didn't believe them.
    Sorry for the moan.

I am going out later for a cuppa at a friends. I think I will give myself the afternoon off. Tuna supreme for tonights dinner so that is quick and easy.

It's cold, wet and foggy here. It means I don't have to go and watch the cross country, which I'm assuming will be postponed.

Made pizza dough, made dough for two loaves of malted grain bread. I've just worked out that at 77p for 1kg it actually works out cheaper than buying the 1.5kg flour for £1.45. Mind you DH isn't really too keen on bread with "bits" in. He had a bit of a panic about breaking his teeth a few years ago (even though he didn't actually break any) and wouldn't even eat crunchy peanut butter :rotfl:

Going to do a quick HHC before I settle down with a coffee in front of Doctors (there's a new one who has been a bit of a bad boy in the past but is absolutely goooooooorgeous to look at ;))

I've just spent an HOUR going through my chest of drawers and make-up case sorting everything out  Can't wait to get the washing done so I can throw out all the size 18 knickers :D No I'm not quite in a 16 yet, BUT I prefer the snug fitting of a 16 to the "starts to slide down as the day wears on" of an 18 :rotfl::rotfl:I guess I should really do the jobs here in the livingroom - I can get DD to hoover through and dust upstairs for me later. ;) My throws from the sofa are out on the line even though its raining! Well it won't do them any harm will it, and it might be like the other day where it starts out miserable and get better over the day

Got a letter from the OU before saying I'm getting £390 for my computer/internet grant, and upto £250 for the course grant :j:j So I'm going to see if Ex can help me source a good laptop that will last me for my entire degree in theory :D He's good at that sort of thing, then I'm also going to shop around for a new ISP who will work out cheaper than £14.99 a month for broadband. I know there are some out there and will be reading the appropriate articles soon ;)

Off to rejig the TV unit IF I can find the allenkey :rolleyes::rotfl:

Afternoon everyone, kiddies still sick here today but managed to get DD into her appointment and everything is to stay the way it is. Plan today is to go through the boys room again. Loads to put on ebay tonight and 2 bin bags lift to the clothes bin. Really pleased with the decluttering so far and it should leave it easier to do the lists.

    Congrats Johanne and baby Sarah.
Mudbath hope op goes well today.
    Happy birthday G&B
Big hugs to everyone you needs one.

Right better make a start before i have to lift DS1.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
