She doesnt use a muller, she used quark, but only because thats what she had in. Also used quark and grated orange rind for the topping, was gorgeous. Again she recommends eating in moderation, if you have too much in one day then you know about it.

Actually its a high fibre bran crispbread invented by gg scandinavian - hence the name Scan Bran! Used to be compulsory on SW but now is optional... or the very brave... Although it is supposed to speed up your weight loss

Yeah scan bran is great for weightloss, but only if you remember that you need liquids in you or it just bungs you up!!!

There was such a demand I think they closed the factory to do a refurb. As far as I know you can only get it from the SW consultants. You want me to get you some tomorrow night spud!

scan bran is available from sw and also holland and barrett, but it seems a little thin on the ground since the factory was closed.
