Thats about the same as I paid then (£3.00 for 400g).I love them I can sit and eat a whole bag watching tv.I might go to the market on thursday and see if they are any cheaper there, I dont know why they are so expensive.

I would say that EVERYONE I know thats done SW has had a "post weigh in treat" where they go home and have a treat right after class, so please dont beat yourself up over eating one mousse!

Thanks Cleosmum. Unfortunately that one chocolate mousse was made with a pint of double cream and 300g of chocolate  We call it mousse but it isn't really as it's very thick and very rich! Still I'm over it now and I'm determined to pull it back round this week.

Started well today, so far I've had
    B: yoghurt, banana, apple
L: Rice salad with spinach and mozzarella (home made)

Got quorn bolognaise and pasta for tea with more fruit and yoghurt for snacks. Syns will be a curly wurly and a couple of biscuits tonight whilst watching TV. I have the house to myself so will keep out of the kitchen as much as possible, although there is very little naughty stuff left.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Lucy, perhaps this is just not the right time for you. You have to be able to make a firm committment to follow the plan and if you can't do that just now, walk away from it. The time will come when you're ready and will be able to follow it and enjoy doing so - it's not worth getting stressed about and as for hating yourself, stop that this instant.............repeat after me " I'm a good and worthy person who's just not ready to commit at this particular time".
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

If you are getting stressed Lucy, it is not worth it. There is no one going to point any fingers, so don't worry about it. Well done for speaking up, and weight loss so far.x

Lucy Please don't hate yourself, I am sure you are not the first person to feel this way and you won't be the last.
Is there no way you can take your self away from the kitchen and the food store cupboard apart from meal times.

Have you a hobby? can you knit or sew, sewing can take your mind off of eating it used to with me.
What about surfing the net, like ebay for instance I am sometimes on there for hours I find it so interesting it makes me forget all about food until meal times come round.

Would it not help to cut up some raw vegetables like carrotts, cucumber, celery, and fruit apples, kiwi, pears , and most fruits and nibble on them, this way you can't do too much harm to your diet.

Drink plenty of water ice cold from the fridge it is not only good for you, but also it helps stop any hunger pangs. I know you say you eat whether you are hungry or not but maybe the water may guide you away from extra food.

I really feel for you Lucy and if you have a weight problem now you really don't want it to balloon out of controll by over eating, You say you get stressed I can assure you, you will be even more stressed in a few weeks when you have even more weight to shift.

Keep your chin up my dear and think possitive, keep a food diary from day to day this might help to keep your cravings under control.
I hope this helps you. Bubsy.
