    Im going out for a meal on thursday, and had to choose from the menu in advance I have chosen a vegtable curry, I dont know anything about how it will be made (its an english restaurant) so do you think I should have a green day to accomodate the rice, is all rice free on green and how many syns in a veg curry.
    I promise to try my very very hardest to not have the naan bread, im driving so drinking is not a problem.What do you think?

    Yes, I thought you'd probably get fed up constantly reading about salad, vegetables and healthy a and b stuff so I shrunk it down a bit so you could skim past it... :o

    Thanks northernlass I was thinking green just wanted to check!
    I will not have any syns all day then I can syn it and drink diet pop.
    It seemed the best thing to have off the menu the rest all had syns galore.

    Ive just sat and ate a whole bag of cherries, please tell me they are free?
    They were very expensive so I wont be getting them too often, is there anywhere that sells them for less than £3.00 for 400g they are my favourite but I just cant afford to buy them very often at that price.

    Both my local Co-ops are doing cherries cheap, I believe they were £2.49 a punnet, but I can check tomorrow.

    Who was asking for syn value of lemonade Sparkle? Just used syns calc and they are 2 syns each.

    I somehow seem to have managed to eat a whole big bar of Galaxy :eek: It just jumped into my mouth :o :eek:

    I knew I shouldn't have eaten the mini doughnut earlier :mad:

    Ah well there is always tomorrow (again :rolleyes: )
