    Morning all.

Dull and horrible here today, have a few jobs to do, including taking back a dvd we hired yesterday, it was the Chipmunk film, the kids loved it a great family film. Infact dd is watching it for the 3rd time as i type!!!!

Ds1 has had a bad night with earache, will try and get him into doctors just to have it checked as dont want him ill for his cup final on sunday, but knowing my doctors i have no hope of an appointment in the near future, it really makes me mad, we need the doctors about once a year if that, as we tend to be a fairly healthy family plus i dont take them at the drop of a hat as dont like to waste the doctors time, but when i do need them i have so much trouble getting a appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diets still going really well and im being extra good as want my weight loss to go into double figures this week!! Having a heathly fry up for tea later before a night of trying to sort some ebay listings out.

Hester i am a secert Reader of your blog too, i love the way you write and it always makes me smile, keep it up!!

Right off to tidy the kitchen, since the dishwasher broke it always looks untidy in there!! I REALLY miss it!!!!LOL

    Take care

    Morning everyone!

    Happy birthday Miss Penguin!

Busy day here today. My brother is coming up for 2 days today and we have someone coming to look at hour house this morning at 11am. Its a bit of a long story as we had taken our house off the market, so we'll see how it goes. Expecting my brother at about the same time so he can look after his nephew while i'm busy! Not sure what we will do for the rest of the day.

Making chorizo stew and HM bread for tea tonight as my other brother is coming over as well.

Hugs to everyone and have a good day!

    Morning all :hello:

Can't do a long post right this minute as I'm posting this from my phone, but wanted to say to redruby - I'll come back on later and point you in the direction of some good "beginners'" opera selection recordings.

See you later, love Rzl xx

    happy birthday to Miss Penguin

I still feel awful, the pain in my neck and back is worse this morning, I was up to maximum doses on five different painkillers last night and it still didn't do much. I did get a reasonable nights sleep though, so I can't complain really. I'm currently typing with one hand, so I apologise if it looks a little ropey :)

One of my guests left this morning (the sane one), the other goes on Saturday, but he will be busy most of Friday as he wants to come and work in my department _pale_ so has a meeting with one of the group heads about a research proposal. _pale_

I'm meeting a work collegue for lunch, which will be nice as I haven't seen him for a while - he's been on compassionate leave for six weeks as his wife is ill.

Dinner last night was pizza and potato wedges, made with the pizza dough I left in the BM the night before having forgot about it. It was really light once it was cooked, but it did look like an extra for a sci-fi B movie when I turned it out of the pan.... I honestly can't be bothered to cook tonight, so I might suggest the guys go out :) My kitchen looks like a bomb site, but OH has faithfully promised it will be sparkly before I get home. we shall see... :)

Have a good day all, cel x

    Morning everyone!

Feels a bit like starting a new school but you sound like good folks and I'm self-employed and need some folks to talk to about this, that and everything....

I can't believe how cold it is still! I have the odd day when it's worth putting the washing out but for someone trying to save money on fuel bills, this cold is really depressing!

I had frost on the car roof yesterday morning! Roll on summer....
For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 2007

As long as there's a black star dress and a floral print dress left I'll be fine! Hehe. I'm looking for my summer clothes as we've been packing up loads of my old stuff for charity!
